Gyroville Targets Florida at The Franchise Show in Orlando

Popular Mediterranean Fast-Casual Franchise to Meet with Entrepreneurs During Two-Day Expo

BOCA RATON, Fla. (Sept. 20, 2017) Gyroville, a popular Southeast Florida build-your-own Mediterranean fast-casual franchise, will meet with entrepreneurs interested in becoming small-business owners at The Franchise Show, Oct. 20 and 21, at the Hyatt Regency Orlando in Orlando, Florida. Executives from the company will be set up at booth # 117.

Gyroville offers a healthy Mediterranean menu developed by founder and CEO Lambros Kokkinelis, a classically trained chef. His modern spin on traditional Greek recipes has become a hit among consumers, with everything on the menu made in-house daily using fresh ingredients. Customers can customize their pita, salad or rice bowl to be as healthy as they wish by going through the build-your-own assembly line.

Gyroville recently experienced an impressive grand opening in Topeka, Kansas, the brand’s first domestic location outside of Florida. The Topeka restaurant served a company record of nearly 800 customers in a single day, which included almost 600 Gyro Pita sandwiches. For over four hours after opening, a line of more than 50 people stretched out the front door. System-wide sales have been strong, too, thanks to increased exposure and consumer demand through its new delivery service offering with UberEats. The company rolled out delivery service system-wide in March 2017 and currently has a 90-plus percent customer satisfaction rating on Uber.

The healthy, build-your-own fast-casual Mediterranean franchise has been a staple in the Miami-Fort Lauderdale area dining scene since opening its first location in 2010 in Fort Lauderdale. The brand has since opened locations in Plantation, Pembroke Pines, Miami Lakes, Doral and Kendall. The company expects to add another 10 signed franchise agreements this year to continue steady growth throughout the United States.

Gyroville seeks master franchise developers to continue developing the brand in the United States. The fast-growing franchise also seeks multi-unit operators and owner-operators to bring the brand to new markets, initially targeting the Southeastern part of the country. The company expects to open another location in 2017, along with adding 10 more signed franchise agreements to continue steady growth throughout the United States.
